  • Check in at the new service area on Wednesday was easy and quick. The pickup on Saturday was chaotic and time consuming. Apparently the keys weren't where they should have been. The young man at the cashier counter had difficulty locating the delivery paperwork. This was due to their being filed in a paper expanding file placed on the floor behind the counter. I only mention these things because my past experience with checkin and pickup at Moritz (when the cashier was in the old location) was always quick and efficiency. Read More >>

  • I brought my Cadillac in for routine mtce. I was promptly greeted, paperwork handled quickly. My Service Rep showed me to the waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of fresh brewed coffee & pastry. In about 45 minutes my car was ready but I had forgot to tell my rep I had time for a wash. No problem, they took the car back for a wash & returned in 20 minutes. My Cadillac looked showroom fresh.   • I was truly impressed! My advisor is Doug in Service, but my complements to all his crew, from Kyle to Lorena with help getting a loaner. I have nothing but good things to say about all! Most impressed with the customer service they offered seems they truly care about customers and are happy to see them. Charles D, was vey pleasant with opening the door each time, and nice "Welcome to Mortiz", to "Have a great day!" It is the small things people do that o a long way. Kyle was most helpful in getting my car seats moved, very nice of him. My truck is still making a popping noise that has not been cleared up, but I have no doubt that when I take it back it will be resolved or they will keep looking to see how they can take care of it. I know they worked hard to find out where it is coming from but we still have not nailed it, I am sure we will. Thanks also to Frank who has taken the time to drive with me and try to figure out the problem. He was very pleasant to address any concerns.   • I had my truck for less than 3 weeks, paid cash by the way and the door handle broke> I had 3 door handles break on my previous Escalade, My husband had to take it over to the dealership and wait for a repair I haven't even received the plates for it before the handle breaks.
